教学目的、要求:

 
Technology Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital is a year old course designed to teach engineering how to create companies from ideas using Silicon Valley entrepreneurship skills. The class will follow a format used in Stanford University’s technology entrepreneurship class which has successfully nurtured many Silicon Valley courses, including Google. The class will utilize experienced and successful practitioners to share specifics on how techniques are truly used in the market to create start-¬ups. Successful venture capitalists will be assigned to every student team to help nurture companies created over the course of one year. The first semester final will replicate an actual seed financing pitch with accompanying executive summary while the second semester final will require an extensive business plan as well as a presentation akin to a growth or expansion stage financing round .
